You put the sound deadener on first...this stops the "drumming" from the sheetmetal. Then glue down the bubble wrap insulation over the sound deadener and to the cab and then put up the headliner.
I had to cut away a little of the bubble wrap around the center headliner retainer as there is only so much room up there and the headliner would not fit.
After that...the fun starts..make sure you have an extra set of hands to help with the headliner.
