Use the ABS backed by jute for the firewall stuff and rubber matt for floor.
I also spray glued an extra jute material on top of the one that is supplied w/ your new firewall board. The jute material is pretty thin stuff and a little xtra couldn't hurt (I also have a local upholster supply store close by).
this only covers the wall not the slanted floor where your feet land. that would be a rubber mat or carpet (your choice). I also placed some sound 'dynamat' pads and a double sided foil insulation to help kill the road noise.
consider cutting access panel out to gain access to the under side of your seat w/o removing the seat bottom. my .02
