Weatherstrip clips makes sense; glue technology is better now, so I probably don't need them.
The only clutch head screws I have found on the truck are on the vacuum motor for the wipers. As you say, everything else is Phillips. I replaced that wiper motor with an electric one, so it is now "clutch head screw free".
