PBblaster and really tight vice grips on the head worked for me on a number of clutch head screws on my 50 3600 truck. A few I had to heat with a plumbers torch then PBblaster on them. Let the PBblaster sit a 1/2 hour or so. Tap with a hammer a bit, then crank a set of vice grips on the head and give a twist.
