Let me tell what I've seen done by someone who also wanted to have his headliner and kick panels match his seat. Cover the headliner with the same material as you have on the seat. An upholstery shop can do it, or you can do it. Buy the upholstry material and get some good (3M Super Adhesive / spray can(s)) glue and cover it. It's not that hard to do and then it will match your seat perfectly.
