if you are talking about the radio for the 1950 Chev pickup, the speaker is secured by four screws that go on from the front of the radio. You have to take the chassis out of the radio to replace the speaker. Walmart sells a speaker that makes a direct replacement. You may have to bend the tangs of the terminal block down a bit to clear the chassis. If you don't want to get into to it, detach the wires to the speaker, add a length of two wires and run them to another location in your cab where you can mount a speaker. Any low power, low cost 4 ohm or 8 ohm speaker will do.
