That table of serial numbers was from the GMC "Light Duty Parts Book" X-150001 revised Dec 1953.
But looking back at Kevin's post from the PaintRef site, the green colors GMC offered were the same 7 greens in 1951 through 1954.

'52 GMC 152 Stake Bed, Original 228, SM420, added A/C, HEI, disk front brakes, '67 Chev 3.55 rear gear. Gets used as a real truck.
