I talked with Steve (KCMongo) when we had lunch yesterday and we looked up the business name through Google maps. Turns out it is in fact the very same location I have driven past for decades, never stopping as it never looked like it was actually "in business/open".

Steve's response was, "How did we not ever know about this place?".
Very much sounds like it could be worth our while to get an appointment and make a road trip.
