Well it does have modern tires and probably new shocks. With that obvious level of detail on the body and interior resto, you'd think that the king pins would be A-OK also.. but it wouldn't be a bad idea to find an old school front suspension tech to have the entire steering system checked over. These young 'uns today pretty much can't do anything that the new computer alignment machine can't tell them to do. Which means properly shake down the suspension of an old rig.

In other words, the original gear should drive straight and true, especially given that you aren't hot rodding it. New kingpins, modernize the tie rod ends, go through the steering box.
