I think you'll need that support bracket moved to the right side, or at least put some sort of support for your RHD steering column. For what it's worth, my steering column support bracket was cracked at the lower end, and when I put it back in, I needed to remove the tacked in bolts that go thru the firewall in order to get it back in place, because it was then too long to jockey into place. I replaced the tacked-in bolts with carriage bolts.
