Caused by what's known out in the Aleutians as "Shemya Door" (when the wind folds the door forward as you unlatch it.) And the T1-11 siding for the bed floor. I wouldn't be surprised if that pale blue is house paint.
I'm revising my price estimate way down from what I said earlier. Still not in the market.
