Driveline Forum as it involves mating up to your truck driveline behind the engine.
For this forum, I'd want to know what type of front engine mount is on the passenger car 235, as I know what a '62 truck 235 front mount is and it requires some changes to fit your '54 truck front cross member.
Once you get past that front mount question, most of the rest of the swap falls into the "Driveline" area, dealing with the bell housing, flywheel, clutch and transmission mating to the original '54 stuff. Those questions should be asked in the "Driveline".
