I'll 2nd Gord's comment, with my own example of getting burned after the fact. I ordered a couple of old Canadian Chevy/GMC Maintenance Manuals from ebay sellers in Canada, after confirming there would be no tariffs applied to the purchases (they were exempt from tariffs). Both shipments were done through UPS. I got bills from UPS for both shipments, about a week after the fact, charging me a $10 each "brokerage fee" for processing the purchases through customs. Edit Note: I'm going to order one of these gasket sets from Rock Auto as I need one and didn't realize they were priced this low.
