Interesting to hear that they made different fitments. I am not in the same Country as my truck (!!) so cannot give you any wheel dimensions, other than the fact that they are 16”.
They look like the early Artilleries, as I have a set of the 1938 - 1946 Artilleries too, which are different AND have clips.
My hunch is that the wheels were off an early 30’s car.
The 2 different styles of hubcaps look like they have a very similar diameter to each other.
Lets hope a GMC officiando might come onboard this discussion!!
