Lots of us have encountered seized-up engines. Here's a Facebook video of some people who are working on an antique hit and miss engine with a badly stuck piston, and they have come up with a pretty clever way to persuade it to move. I think a similar rig could be made to mount a 10 ton porta-Power cylinder over stovebolt pistons, using the head bolt holes to anchor the push plate. Another setup could push on the bottoms of the connecting rods once the crankshaft is removed, using the main bearing studs as an anchor point.
