I just picked up a really clean and mostly original 1954 3100. The biggest issue I have right now is the shifter arm is broken off about 2-3" from the column. It has a piece of PVC pipe over the end to shift and it goes through the gears without issue but I need a new shifter arm/handle. I haven't seen these in the aftermarket unless I am looking in the wrong place. So are these specific to the AD trucks? And what years will fit the 54? Or is a car shifter the same? Any help is appreciated.
