You'll get better response if you split your questions up in the appropriate forums. Suggest you ask the "Heater" question in the Interiors forum, unless you are looking for acquiring an entire "Heater" which you can post an ad in our Swap Meet Truck Parts Wanted forum. *  There are a number of vendors that offer rebuild kits for the combination "Fuel pump vacuum pump". The one that comes to mind first (recommended by many Bolters) is Then and Now Automotive. * Edited since the topic has been changed to just the fuel/vacuum pump restoration.
