Thanks to all who have replied. Used the two wrench method suggested by Otto. Worked like a champ. I bought a piece of the pre flared softer line. Its 5/16 inch. The washer was and still is an issue. I found some in the faucet repair aisle at Lowe’s. They werent metal or rubber. Still leaks.Im all set for a leaky faucet though. lol. I could use some direction on what and where to buy a washer that will work. Sometimes Im high maintenance. Sorry. I did splurge on a tube bender. I’m sure I’ll have to ruin a few pieces learning to measure curves and turns properly. I want to change the electric back to mechanical fuel pump. I’ll start another thread when I do, but I’ll definitely need to do some plumbing so the bender might come in handy.
