Shelby Park railroad bridge over the Cumberland river in the background, right? I grew up a few miles from there on Greenwood Avenue, and attended Bailey elementary school back in the 1950s. Now I'm down near the Alabama state line and I-65, with a hundred acres to hide my junk! Let's get together for a BS session soon!

My grandparents owned two almost new 1934 Chevy 1 1/2 ton trucks in the late 1930's, set up as tractor-trailers to haul beer from Milwaukee and St. Louis to Nashville- - - - - -mechanical brakes on the trucks, and NO brakes on the trailers! I'll bet their drivers had a few white-knuckle rides on some of the poorly maintained 2-lane roads they had to run!

Edit: I've got a set of reconditioned connecting rods for a 207 stashed away somewhere in case you ever need to do more surgery on that engine.
