At first I thought maybe a Canadian truck fender, but checking a 1955-57 Canadian Chevy/GMC parts book, no match found. Could be something from another export market, but nothing I could find with a short web check.
Below is a comparison shot of your pic and a currently offered AMD repop 1955-57 pickup front fender advertisement picture. The repop seems to be similar with yours in the length at the bottom front of the fender, but very hard to do a thorough comparison without a physical side by side check.
Is your left side fender the same as this one???
