One thing to be aware of, because it is not obvious/well documented, is that the "normal ride height" MII conversion kits actually lower the truck 4"-6".
They are normal for MII, but the way they attach to the frame results in significant lowering.
That is the look a lot of people doing the swap want, but you should be aware before you start.
