I attended my first Coffee and Cars event today in Appleton, WI. Not much truck content so I am not posting pictures but it was a successful drive there and back putting almost as many miles on my truck as I have previously run and the first time I was more tha about 5 miles from home.

Several positive comments that were very much appreciated.

I have some noises and such to check out, still have some oil smoke after prolonged idle, but overall the truck worked well and was well received by the small group in attendance. The LED I added to indicate the radiator fan was powered works as an air flow indicator as at highway speeds it's on even though the coolant temperature is running about 185 (never got to the 205 turn on temperature for the fan).

Planning to participate in it's first show next weekend and even though my truck isn't intended to be a show truck I will try and clean it up to represent his lineage as well as possible.
