In a bare bones response, yes there are lots of different replacement wiring harnesses/options pre-made for your '48.
Take a bit and consider what exactly you want as an end result, original reproduction, original style new modern materials with no changes, original style with some modern upgrades (like converting to 12v and an alternator), addition of turn signals, radio, etc.
Provide more definition to what your goal is and folks can offer better pointers towards sources that we know are reliable and as wallet friendly as they can be.
