Though my profile shows I joined in 2022, I didnt start posting and asking question till this week. I realized I never realy introduced myself.
Hello every body. My project is a 1956 Chevy 3100 pick up. When I got it it was missing the motor and transmission. I have a 261 (unknown year) the flat area by the distributor is blank, so I think the motor is an old crate replacement engine. I also have a 56 three speed and a T5 from an early 90s S10. I keep going back and forth on what transmission I want to run. No idea what rear it has. My biggest isue is that the truck is in Arkansas and im in Kansas City, so I work on it when I can.
So in the meantime I read posts and learn what I can so I can maximize the time I get to work on the truck.
