Interesting. Georgia has no such controls on MEK that I'm aware of. You can buy it at Farm Supply Hardware, Ace, Grainger, virtually anywhere, it seems. The Ace Hardware here in town will even sell you a 5 gallon bucket of it for $170 but you have to order it online and pick it up the next day.
While googling around, I found it can be delivered to my house from Door Dash.
