It is my understanding that this panel was used in the production run of the 5-window deluxe trucks. Please see the attached photo of the panel cover on the backside of the bench seat where it hides some of the upper springs. The color matches the maroon seat material. If any fellow Stovebolter in this group has this original AD/ND truck upholstery-related item in their truck, would you please share a picture of it? I would love to get my hands on one of them in useable condition and put it back into service. I am going to guess that it is as rare as rocking horse manure these days, as it was made of a cardboard-like material, and likely got beat up pretty badly over the years.
