I have a similar pulley setup that Bill describes. I have a power steering pump and an alternator. I used a double row power steering pump pulley, and a single row alternator pulley.

I have a future project that will have A/C, Power Steering and an Alternator. I am adding a Harmonic Balancer from a 292, it has a 2 row pulley, also available with a 3 row. It needs to shortened a bit to match the 235 dimensions. This will give you the additional pulleys your after.

I used a bracket from POL (Performance On Line). There are several brackets available from Alan Groves Products.
