Took the engine off the stand today to replace the rear core plugs. Got the one behind the cam, but the other one didn't move when I was tapping on it. Does that one go up against a ridge or something solid inside? Do I need to drill a hole in that one to get it out, or just beat on it a little harder? It doesn't have a flange, so thinking it runs up against something in there.

Also, is this the one I've read can accumulate a lot of gunk behind it? Every other plug I replaced was clean as a whistle inside.
