I ordered and installed a 12v wiper conversion from Classic Parts (
https://classicparts.com/chevy-gmc/...ersion-12-volt#product.detail.attributes) back in 2022 and now that I am finally getting to the point of trying to get the wipers functional I can not find the instructions that were apparently with the kit.
As installed the wipers actuate but do not sweep very far (maybe a 30 degree arc) and depending on where the wiper arms are mounted try to initially rotate opposite of what I expected from the parked position.
I thought maybe I had the arm pivots that mount to the cowl inverted but there does not appear to be enough room between the cowl and the defrost duct for the pivot to be inverted (actuator arm above vs. below the pivot center).
Any insight regarding how to proceed would be appreciated.
