I'm going to remove the water pump from my 1940 half ton pickup today. It looks to me like the radiator should come out, in order to have enough space to get to the pump. I should remember, because I built the truck, but that was about 20 years ago, and I don't remember. Working over those huge old front fenders is not easy for an old guy. I just want to make it as easy as possible.
