As I’m rewiring to fix the previous owners rats nest, I noticed that there is no ballast resistor on the fire wall. Doesn’t it require a ballast resistor so I don’t burn up the points? I’ve been driving it around town for about a year now. In the future, I plan to upgrade to HEI, I just don't have the funds to do it today.
Thoughts?
