That's been an ongoing problem for maybe 6-8 months. The post actually works, but you get that message popped up. If you go back to the site and click on Active Threads, your post should be right on top of the list.
It's mainly an annoyance. The software people at UBBThreads have been notified about it, but as usual, they're agonizingly slow in addressing issues.
