The Stovebolt Site Forums The Parking Lot Tons 'o Fun Throttle cable

Now that I have made it to the right group, I hope y’all can tell me what the throttle knob/cable below the choke is for? I have been told a number of things, like it’s for recent the PTO for a dump truck, but this has never been a dump truck.
