It may take a bit of searching, but look through Section 1 (Cab Assembly), Sheet 11.0 and 12.0 for details on your bottom fender support bracket attachment points. There are also details on cab measurement specifications in Section 1, Sheets 40.01 - 40.03. Hope this is at least a little helpful.
