Texas, do you have a shop manual for your truck?
Those are the pressures listed in the manual for a properly functioning engine so as long as my engine (and yours) operates withing those ranges, I don't worry about it.
People used to modern vehicles with 30-80 psi get nervous with such low pressures but it's perfectly normal for these engines.
