Can anyone recommend a clearcoat that could be applied directly to sandblasted aluminum? I want to apply something to my T5 transmission. First thought would be just to clear coast it if possible. If not, are there good primer/paint products are out there that would stick to aluminum and be resistant to automotive chemicals?
