The attached PDF has all the "goods". You just need to download it and save or print for easy use. The PDFs seem to not want to display in the web page view when clicking on them as they had been in the past. I recall several recent conversations too, but when I tried to search the results didn't locate what I recall seeing??? I'll keep looking as there may be more "vendor" info available in the other posts.
