Craig also has a good suggestion on looking at Speedway stuff. Here's a
Speedway Bracket Kit that could be adapted that raises the booster/master cylinder. Nothing in the web page indicates how much the offset "up" is, but a SWAG looks to be about 1-1/2" or so. It' doesn't do anything for moving the unit to the side though.
