I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but take another look at that Ebay ad. It says "central pneumatic". That's the Chinese junk, Harbor Freight sells. Look on their web site and it says $24.95 . That's the kind of thing they put on sale every other week for $17 or even lower.
That's an OK price for a throw away tool.
That one on Ebay was $29.95 plus $10 shipping. $40
It's a rare day you're going to get a good deal on Ebay from a guy that has sold 2004 items there and a big RED star by his rating.
