It's the same as every car ever made regardless of the type of starter switch. The starter tries to engage an already spinning flywheel. Not good.
Well, that's true of everything I drive, however some modern rigs when you turn the key or more likely press the start button you are sending a request to the computer to activate the starter, won't comply if it sees crankshaft is rotating. "Sorry Dave, I can't do that"!
