I did a quick search of radiator flex hoses and found one that's 1 1/2" x 1 3/4" and wasn't even trying that hard.

I'm sure you can find a 1 1/2" x 2" one with an actual diligent search. You might try going to Gates or Dayco websites. Maybe they list all their products.
