Hooligans - It's a GMC engine for sure from the valve cover pictured, but no such thing as a "213". Look for the serial number stamped on the machined pad next to the distributor. The first 3 digit indicates the engine size (228, 248, 270, 302). A block casting number would help us ID what year(s) the engine itself is if you can find it and post.
As to your carb, perhaps one of our GMC gurus can ID what it is???
