McMaster-Carr has tappet wrenches. You can find them online and they sell the wrenches in sets or individually. If you're feeling wealthy, Snap-on has the slim-line series. Lots to choose from.
It has been awhile since I have done this, but I thought a conventional end wrench and a stubby screwdriver would get this chore done quite nicely.
