OK then......... drill a hole in cap, take out the guts of
THIS (or similar)........install in cap and clamp a hose to it. Or braze in the end of a flared tube.
If you don't trust the valve stem rubber to be fluid compatible use copper brake washers or cork gasket.. I used a VW remote reservoir once.
