That water based stuff is fine for cleaning with a spray bottle and hose. It is poor in a parts washer because it gumms up the grease on the parts instead of cutting it. The water based stuff also causes excessive rust on parts that are not painted. It seems very caustic. I prefer solvent in the washer.
