Been chasing down exhaust pops for a bit, finally discovered slight cupping on a few of my lifters. Before I pulled everything open I noted all of the pushrods still spin at idle. I got some pictures of the lobes and was wanting to get a second opinion on replacing the whole camshaft, as I'm a bit strapped for cash at the moment, and because this is a 59 235, the only solid lifters I could find online sell for $40 EACH. So getting a new set and a new camshaft is out of the question for the time being, though I could perhaps afford to replace a few of them if the camshaft itself could still be reused.
