I believe that the Filling Station has them in a couple different sizes for the rivet shank. You could check the regulator on your truck to see what size the rivet is. Once you punch out the old rivet just insert the new one, which is likely a semi-tubular rivet and use a center punch or ideally a rivet setting tool to clinch it. I got a set similar to this.
