Sounds like a plan. My only gripe about the Weber is the tendency to flood if you don't use a fuel pressure regulator. Webers like about 2 to 2 1/2 pounds of fuel pressure, and a stovebolt mechanical fuel pump can make about twice that much. That causes flooding problems. Have fun!

PS: I'd suggest using a MUCH larger air cleaner than either of the ones in your picture. Those will act like the choke is partially applied all the time, and cause lousy gas mileage to boot!
