Have the tires trued. By that I mean where they are shaved to be perfectly round. It will make the truck roll like a pool ball on a table.
I use fluid film on my springs for a lubricant and rust protection. This helps the springs to move independently.
Add some weight to the bed of your truck. A little weight will make the springs work and therefore soften the ride. An empty bed bounces without flexing the springs.
