I believe there is some adjustment on the linkage under the dash, there could be an adjustable sliding arm with pinch bolts, the longer you make that arm, the more degrees of travel will be relayed to the pivot posts. Remove the wiper blade/arm first, make any adjustments under the dash, run the motor and let it park, install the blade/arms and observe the stroke.
